Job Description

  • Oversee the implementation and management of finance systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the system.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Coordinate with IT department to manage system upgrades and resolve issues.
  • Train and support staff in the use of financial systems.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.
  • Comply with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to align financial systems with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Systems Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. CIMA, ACCA, ACA.
  • Proven experience in managing financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with finance software.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
