Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations
  • Transactional invoice processing
  • Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Communicate financial information to non-financial staff and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The successful Finance Officer should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a not-for-profit environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in an understandable manner
  • Experience using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
