Job Description

  • Manage the accounts receivables process, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate record-keeping.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements related to accounts receivables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all receivable transactions comply with organisational policies.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain cash flow.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing and delivering relevant documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the receivables function.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to industry standards in financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Officer - Accounts Receivables should have:

  • Experience working in an accounts receivables role within an accounting department.
  • A strong understanding of financial principles and accounting systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
