Job Description

  • Lead the Accounting & Finance team, ensuring efficient financial management and control
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting
  • Improve systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and financial performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals
  • Contribute to the company's strategic planning and decision-making

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Experience leading a team in a financial role within the industrial / manufacturing sector
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and budgeting
  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and communication skills
