Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow and implement cost control measures as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organisational goals.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the property industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
