Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide detailed analysis of financial results and identify trends to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities to ensure financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  • Provide commercial insight to the business, including pricing models, profitability analysis, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of finance, including financial systems, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Work with other departments to improve business processes, financial performance, and operational efficiency.



The Successful Applicant

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in finance management, with a focus on operational, commercial, and technical finance.
  • Strong technical understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software.
