Job Description

  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow activities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and controls to improve efficiency.
  • Support strategic planning with financial insights and analysis.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting team, ensuring high performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with overall business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA or QBE.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced property industry setting.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and building collaborative relationships.
