Job Description

  • Prepare and oversee monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making.
  • Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimise financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
  • Support the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A recognised qualification towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA is desirable not essential
  • Proven experience in financial management within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
