Job Description

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.
  • Quarterly balance sheet.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management.
  • Manage cash flow and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A recognised qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Solid knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards.
  • Proven experience in financial management within a similar industry.
  • Experience of internal control.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • The ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
