Job Description

Finance Manager responsibilities:

  • Overseeing financial operations and procedures within the organisation.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to the senior management team.
  • Developing and implementing effective financial strategies and controls.
  • Working closely with the Financial Controller preparing the budgets and forecasts.
  • Responsible for preparing the Management Accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Working closely with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Facilitating internal and external audits.
  • Leading and motivating the finance team to achieve financial goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding analytical, strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
