Job Description

  • Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop strategic financial plans aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Ensure financial compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and standards in the retail industry.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance Department to drive financial efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights to assist in decision making.
  • Manage financial risk and implement risk management strategies.
  • Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.
  • Supervise finance department staff and manage their performance and development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards in the retail industry.
  • Excellent strategic planning and financial reporting skills.
