Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies for the property company.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics and report on financial forecasts.
  • Oversee the company's accounting activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk management activities and make investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning and decision making.
  • Manage the finance team and drive its performance.
  • Stay updated on the property market trends and shifts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA< CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, Xero
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in the property industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
