Job Description
- Oversee all financial operations within the organisation.
- Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organisation financial documents.
- Line management of 4 people.
- Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.
- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
- Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
- Report to the Board with timely and accurate financial information.
- Assist in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
