I am supporting a local organisation for a temporary Finance Manager for an organisation in Loughborough. This is a short term role for initially a 4 month contract.

Job Description

The Finance Manager will:

  • Manage the day to day finance operations of the organisation
  • Two direct reports
  • Responsible for all finance processes, external and statutory reporting
  • Manage tax compliance including VAT procedures and VAT returns
  • Production of month end accruals and prepayments
  • Supplier management
  • To undertake any other duties as requested by the Head of Finance

The Successful Applicant

  • Have demonstrated experience working in a similar role
  • Have experience building excellent working relationship with non financial stakeholders
  • Have high technical competence and a keen eye for detail
  • Be available for a start in March
  • Be a team player and have a hands on attitude
