Job Description

  • Oversee and have ownership of a small team. ensuring accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Business partner sales teams on monthly forecasting processes, and to support with ad hoc queries
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to minimise financial risk.
  • Continuous process improvement and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Monthly variance analysis and investigation
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Analyse financial data and prepare financial reports.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders at all levels
