The Finance Director will be a key part of the executive team, responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction within this Warwickshire based business. They will manage the accounting and finance departments, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.
  • Interim Finance Director on a 12 month FTC - This is a 0.6 FTE role.
  • Based in Warwickshire with Hybrid working.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and controls that align with the company's goals.
  • Oversee the operations of the accounting and finance departments.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team.
  • Engage in strategic decision-making with the executive team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage company funds and oversee investment strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
  • Advise on long-term business and financial planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • Professional qualification (ACA,ACCA, ACMA)
  • Proven experience in a senior financial managerial position.
  • Profound knowledge of financial law and risk management practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Ability to strategise and solve problems.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
