Renowned for its impressive portfolio, the company is a major force in their sector.Job DescriptionThe Finance Business Partner could also be described as an FP&A Analyst. Our client is seeking a highly self-motivated and experienced Analyst to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on financial analysis and performance management of the business, with significant business partnering required with the operational side of the business.The role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, the ability to understand and communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the ability to lead and influence the broader finance team. Key Responsibilities:Set up process and analysis to convert Market information and Competitor data into useful forward-looking guidance for operations teams.Provide in-depth analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Divisions performance to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Provide guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, Board and ShareholdersDevelop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance.Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.Lead the development and maintenance of the annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts and rolling projections.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.The Successful ApplicantA successful Finance Business Partner should have:Significant business partnering and finance experience in a large multisite organisationIdeally ACA, CIMA or ACCA certification although not essential.Strong experience in financial analysis or accountingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong initiative taking and can-do attitude.Excellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and accuracy.Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsComfortable in a hybrid working patternWhat's on OfferA competitive salary range from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum dependent upon level of experienceA hybrid working model offering flexibilityEncouragement for continuous professional developmentA vibrant company culture that values teamwork and innovationBenefits packageIf you are a skilled Finance Business Partner looking for a fresh challenge, apply today to be part of our Oxford-based team.
