Finance Business Partner

• Developing strong working relationships with invested businesses and internal stakeholders
• Working alongside business stakeholders and the MAB sales team to support invested business growth
• Supporting invested businesses with forecasting, modelling and reporting as required
• Providing financial analysis and insight on business performance
• Regular management account reviews to develop a deep understanding of the invested businesses and their financials
• Investigating and supporting the resolution of issues within invested businesses
• Preparation, review and presentation of financial budgets and forecasts
• Attending investor reviews where applicable

Budgeting, Forecasting and Management Information

• Supporting the GFBP with the Group's forecast & budget process alongside the wider finance team
• Providing analysis and insight on financial projections and scenario modelling
• Preparing management information (MI) to provide insight and support decision making
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to modelling and MI
• Ensuring the integrity of financial models and projections through suitable controls and documentation
• Assisting the wider finance team with reports and presentations
