Job Description

  • Supporting the Finance team in the delivery of strategy, driving business performance by providing appropriate financial support.
  • Producing financial analysis and commentary - including weekly and monthly reporting, providing accurate, timely and insightful information, and support with appropriate decision making.
  • Supporting the Finance Leadership Team in understanding and controlling costs, challenging where necessary, and helping to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Holding a key role in the creation of budgets and forecasts for future activity, inputting processes where relevant.
  • Providing ad hoc financial information and analysis to key stakeholders to help support various projects.
  • Comfortable appraising investments and business opportunities, using appropriate financial modelling to drive decision making including.
  • Presenting as necessary to the Leadership Team on matters such as monthly performance and strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified Accountant- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • Dynamic and results-driven individual with a high level of energy.
  • The ability to analyse complex data to inform commercial decision making.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
  • High attention to detail in every aspect of work undertaken ensuring accuracy of reporting and analysis.
  • The ability to build and develop good working relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. The ability to use PowerBI is desirable.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to progress and succeed within the business.
