Job Description

  • Providing financial leadership and aligning business and finance strategy.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Developing financial plans and ensuring their alignment with company's strategic goals.
  • Providing financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures or special projects.
  • Collaborating with departmental heads in the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Assisting in the development of financial key performance indicators.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance business partner should have:

  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis and management.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
