Job Description

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in influencing financial and operational decision-making. You will:

  • Act as a commercial partner, collaborating with finance, operations, commercial teams, and Group IT.
  • Analyse financial trends, providing actionable insights and commentary to improve business performance.
  • Develop and manage financial models to support business cases and proposals.
  • Provide recommendations to drive profit and ROI improvements.
  • Support strategic decision-making, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Communicate financial insights effectively across all levels of the business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should be:

  • Highly analytical with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA, although part-qualified accountants or qualified by experience candidates with suitable experience will be considered
  • Proven experience in a commercial finance role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
