Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business performance.
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to influence key business decisions.
  • Produce accurate financial reports and forecasts.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify and manage financial risks.
  • Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.
  • Participate in projects to improve financial processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
