You support management and make a significant contribution to achieving the objectives of the business

You monitor business performance and influence corrective actions in a timely manner. Every month you translate expectations into the rolling forecast and ask critical questions.

Implement strategic planning and financial forecasting

Manage budgeting processes and financial analysis.

Foster relationships with key stakeholders within the business.

Support the Managing Director and Management Team in a strategic decisions, for example, in drawing up the turnover and pricing strategy or in carrying out efficiency issues.

Create solicited and unsolicited insights that offer the opportunity to improve the performance of the business unit. For example, by improving or setting up new dashboards to monitor timesheet performance.

Is there a new idea for a product within one of your business units? You set up the business case that maps the financial impact of the new initiative, in order to determine whether it is a sensible investment.
