Job Description
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to provide financial analysis, insights, and guidance on key business decisions.
- Prepare and present regular financial performance reports, highlighting trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure financial considerations are integrated into strategic planning.
- Provide financial support for key initiatives and projects, assisting with cost analysis, investment evaluations, and business case development.
- Monitor and report on financial KPIs, offering actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Support the finance function in the delivery of month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist in identifying financial risks and opportunities, helping to optimize business decisions and performance.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes, systems, and controls.
The Successful Applicant
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with a strong background in financial management and business partnering.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership teams, providing financial analysis and strategic insights.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within a complex organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
