Job Description

  • Providing strategic financial advice to the organisation
  • Supporting budget planning and financial forecasting
  • Developing strong relationships across the finance department and wider organisation
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements within the finance function
  • Contributing to the development of the organisation's financial strategy
  • Managing financial risks and opportunities
  • Acting as a key liaison for financial queries within the organisation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent)
  • Experience in a similar finance role within the Not For Profit sector
  • Excellent knowledge of financial planning and analysis
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously

  • An approximate salary of £60000
  • A generous holiday allowance of 28 days
