Job Description

  • Lead financial planning and analysis for the Property department
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial advice
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Support property-related financial decisions with robust analysis
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Manage financial risks and opportunities within the Property department
  • Provide insights to optimise financial performance and strategic position
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
  • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Knowledge of the property sector and Charity desirable
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in per week
