Job Description

Business Partnering

  • Provide performance insights for key projects in Product, Customer, or Channels.
  • Collaborate with senior teams to influence strategic projects.
  • Manage forecasts and ensure project results align with business goals.
  • Offer financial expertise to critique business initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support decision-making to bridge performance gaps and drive value.
  • Lead performance review meetings with business and global support teams.
  • Communicate strategic and operational plans to relevant teams.
  • Advocate for efficiency initiatives and a cost-conscious culture.



FP&A

  • Oversee monthly management accounts with accuracy and insightful commentary.
  • Coordinate annual strategic planning and budgeting processes.
  • Assist the Finance Director and senior stakeholders with various projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Enhance the capabilities of global support functions and contribute to their growth

The Successful Applicant

  • Accountancy qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in driving strategic priorities within large, fast-paced organisations.
  • Experience partnering with senior colleagues across different functions.
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Preferred experience in the retail industry, especially in Property, Technology, or Marketing.
