Job Description

  • Provide financial insights that contribute to the strategic decision-making process.
  • Perform financial analysis, planning and forecasting,
  • Take a lead on budgeting and actuals
  • Variance analysis and cost controlling
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand business performance and challenges.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Present financial findings to senior management.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance BP and Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strengths in budget control, forecasting and analysis.
  • Knowledge or experience of management accounts
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • An understanding of the Manufacturing industry would be advantageous
