Job Description

Finance Assistant

  • Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Process invoices and expense forms
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Ensure accurate record keeping
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Support with year-end audits
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant t should have:

  • An educational background in Accounting or Finance & studying AAT
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Understanding of FMCG industry is a plus
