Job Description

  • Process supplier invoices, set up vendors, handle payments, and manage expense systems.
  • Reconcile accounts, process transactions, and dispute deductions.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve deductions and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist with reporting, provide analytical support, and support finance operations as needed.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced in using financial systems and multi-currency processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Capable of prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Open to learning, with AAT training available but not required.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable to support a dynamic finance team.
  • Results-driven and proactive in problem-solving and improving processes
