Michael Page is recruiting for a Finance and Customer Service Administrator to join a busy accountancy team on a 6 month temporary basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is an ideal role for someone with strong customer service skills and able to apply them to a finance function.

Our client is based in Bournemouth with close links to public transport and free parking for those who drive. Due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team needs additional support.

Job Description

As the Finance and Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with customer queries via the phone
  • Taking payments
  • Processing payments
  • Keeping up to date customer records
  • Liaising with internal teams regarding customer payments
