They have a close knit, hardworking team who are all real team players with enthusiasm and outgoing personalities!Job DescriptionSupport the Nottingham Accommodation team with the delivery of customer service excellence during peak demand over the summer period.* Process student applications, administer licence agreements and support with system record keeping.* Booking system maintenance including processing room allocations, room moves, offer chasing/reinstatement, offer withdrawals and cancellation requests in line with standard operating procedures. Manually updating student records to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.* Responding to customer enquires via phone, email, WhatsApp and CRM platforms in a friendly and timely manner. Where necessary enquires may need to be responded to in-person.* Schedule viewings for our show flats* Assist with chasing the non-arrivals and non-registered students* Deposit administration, updating student statements and charges.Events, Open Days and Student Experience* Assist in all aspects of student recruitment, this includes open days, returner/sales events, show rounds, promotional activities and calling sales leads to boost offer conversion.* Open Day Support - Assisting with the set-up and co-ordination of open days. Promoting accommodation, supporting with room tours, and being friendly and approachable when answering any questions students may have during the day.* Intake weekend - Checking students into their accommodation on the booking system, issuing keys and providing helpful support to students and parents.* Regular liaison with the customer, agents and their sponsors.* Close liaison with the Accommodation Team, Student Support and Student Account Services*Liaise and support other departments including Finance, Marketing, Residence Managers, Maintenance and Front of House (FOH) teams to ensure effective service delivery for students.The Successful ApplicantSomeone with strong computer skillsAn outgoing, passionate, lively and confident personalitySomeone hardworking and reliable who thrives as part of a teamSomeone who is confident being on the phone and emailSomeone who is presentable and comfortable being in a customer facing roleWhat's on OfferAn annual salary of around £27,000 (£13.50 per hour + paid holiday)37.5 hour working week with flexible start and finish times (8.30-4.30 or 9-5.30 for example)Opportunity to gain experience within the accommodation sectorTemporary position offering flexibility and professional growth, with the potential for a permanent roleSupportive and professional work environment, with a lot of fun too!Please apply now, if you would like to be considered!
