Job Description

The Family Solicitor will be:

  • Managing high-net-worth divorce cases, dealing with business assets, investments, and property.
  • Advising wealthy individuals and families through complex and high-value divorce proceedings.
  • Drafting legal documents, including financial agreements and settlements.
  • Liaising with other professionals such as accountants, valuers, and barristers to ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Contributing to the growth and reputation of the family law team, providing mentorship and guidance where appropriate.

The Successful Applicant

The Family Solicitor should be:

  • Qualified with a few years' experience.
  • Experienced in handling high-net-worth divorce cases, including business asset and property division.
  • Strong in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage a demanding caseload while maintaining high levels of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Knowledgeable of the latest developments in family law, particularly related to divorce and financial settlements.
