Job Description

The Family Solicitor will be:

  • Handling high-net-worth family law matters, specifically private children's cases and domestic abuse issues.
  • Advising clients on complex legal matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Managing a varied caseload with a focus on providing strategic and cost-effective solutions.
  • Liaising with external parties, such as barristers and other legal professionals, to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Assisting with the growth and development of the family law team, contributing to its future success.



The Successful Applicant

The Family Solicitor should be:

  • Few years PQE+
  • Experienced in high-net-worth family law, particularly in children's matters and domestic abuse cases.
  • Strong in client-facing roles with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a demanding caseload while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Knowledge of the latest developments in family law and commitment to continuous professional development.
