Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of facilities maintenance and engineering operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
  • Conduct routine inspections and safety checks of machinery and facilities.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians and craftspeople.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in managing facilities.
