Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive diary and calendar management for senior executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistical details are in place.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with expense management and invoice processing.
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant (EA) should have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
