Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the managing director, managing daily activities and schedules.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared beforehand.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for important documents.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and senior leadership.
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for senior staff.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to support the team.
