Job Description

  • Preparing reports, presentations and other essential documents
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures and office administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Coordinating with different departments for smooth business operations
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Assisting in organising company events or conferences
