An exciting opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented Events Project Manager to join our Marketing & Agency team. The role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing a range of business service events in the vibrant city of Leeds.

Job Description

  • Developing comprehensive project plans for various business service events.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitoring event activities to ensure the brand message is communicated effectively.
  • Addressing potential problems and suggesting prompt solutions.
  • Conducting pre and post-event evaluations and reporting outcomes.
  • Implementing innovative event ideas to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety obligations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Events Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating successful events.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.
