The Events Administrator will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing administrative tasks to support successful event planning and execution. Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for event planning, including scheduling and logistics coordination.
  • Manage communication with event stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to event activities.
  • Assist in preparing event materials, such as presentations and attendee lists.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for event participants.
  • Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Handle post-event follow-up tasks, including reporting and feedback collection.
  • Support the secretarial and business support team as needed during busy periods.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Events Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within business services.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
