My client is looking for an individual with preferably some Event Sales Executive/ Account Manager experience to support the Events Director in achieving their targeted stand and sponsorship sales in their Guildford office

Job Description

  • Sell exhibition space, sponsorships, and digital packages
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying up sell opportunities
  • Source new business leads and potential opportunities
  • Cold call and engage with new prospects
  • Handle incoming inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Arrange in-person meetings when needed
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, including CRM system updates and management
  • Attend industry and competitor events, with potential travel across the UK and internationally



The Successful Applicant

  • Sales experience in a media environment (preferred but not required)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Personable, friendly, and approachable demeanour
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Well-organised with excellent time management abilities
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Can commute to Guildford
