Job Description
- Provide expert advice on all ER matters
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workplace climate and employee relations issues
- Oversee and manage TUPE processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with legal requirements. Training can be provided for candidates without prior TUPE experience
The Successful Applicant
A successful ER Advisor should have:
- Have a CIPD qualification or a degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in an ER Advisor role within the Hospitality or FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
