Job Description
- Providing expert employment tax advice to a diverse client base
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Leading and managing a team of tax professionals
- Ensuring compliance with all tax regulations
- Identifying and mitigating tax risks
- Representing the firm at tax-related meetings and events
- Staying abreast of changes in tax legislation and best practices
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employment Tax Manager should have:
- A strong academic background in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in employment tax
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Excellent client management skills
- A proactive approach to identifying and managing tax risks
