Job Description

✔️ Advising clients on strategic employment law matters, including executive disputes, workforce restructuring, whistleblowing claims, and cross-border employment issues
✔️ Managing complex Employment Tribunal claims and High Court litigation, ensuring high-quality legal and commercial advice
✔️ Supporting M&A and outsourcing transactions, advising on TUPE, employee transfers, and change management exercises
✔️ Collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver seamless global employment law solutions
✔️ Developing strong client relationships, contributing to business development, and helping to drive the firm's continued success

The Successful Applicant

✔️ A solicitor (or equivalent) with 2-7 years' PQE in employment law within a commercial practice
✔️ Experienced in employment tribunal litigation, executive/board-level matters, restrictive covenants, and corporate advisory work
✔️ Commercially aware, with the ability to provide pragmatic and business-driven legal advice
✔️ A team player with strong communication skills and the ambition to progress in a leading international firm
