Job Description

The Employment Solicitor will be:

  • Advising FTSE blue-chip clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
  • Dealing with employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy, complex grievances.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Working within a collaborative team on strategic legal matters.
  • Contributing to the firm's business development and growth.

The Successful Applicant

The Employment Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor with 2+ years PQE in employment law.
  • Experienced in handling complex employment disputes and advisory work.
  • Able to manage a diverse caseload and demonstrate strong client management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in both contentious and non-contentious employment law.
  • Strong communicator, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
