Job Description

✔️ Advising clients on high-level employment law matters, including executive disputes, workforce restructuring, and cross-border employment issues
✔️ Managing complex Employment Tribunal claims and High Court litigation
✔️ Supporting M&A and outsourcing transactions with employment-related legal expertise
✔️ Working with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on multi-national projects
✔️ Building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm's strategic growth

The Successful Applicant

✔️ A solicitor (or equivalent) with 2-5 years' PQE in employment law within a commercial practice
✔️ Experienced in handling tribunal claims, restructuring, senior executive matters, and international employment issues
✔️ Commercially aware, with excellent client management and communication skills
✔️ Keen to develop their career within a global law firm
