The team is made up of Paralegals, junior solicitors and more senior fee-earners.This role could a Senior Associate looking for a step up in terms of title and responsibility. There is a path to Partnership in due course for the right person.The team acts for large Commercial clients so they'll need somebody who has a strong background acting for employers. The work is often complex so you will be expected to help develop the juniors in the team.The team has a lot of clients and so there isn't the usual expectation that you will come with your own book of business.
