Job Description

  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with local employment law
  • Handle disputes and manage potential litigation cases effectively.
  • Support the legal department in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal concerns.
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Lawyer should have:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law, ideally within the retail or FMCG space.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
