Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for logistics services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential suppliers and products.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal terms.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage procurement needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Life Science industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EMEA Buyer (Logistics) should have:

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the Life Science industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
