Job Description

  • Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with the national electric code
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
  • Adhere to all quality and safety codes
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to identify and solve electrical issues
  • Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure quality
  • Ensure the optimal performance of all electrical systems for maximum productivity
  • Provide suggestions for system improvements and optimisation
  • Work with various teams to ensure the safety and efficiency of the production lines

The Successful Applicant

A successful Electrician should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Proficiency in electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems
  • Working knowledge of electrical testing equipment
  • Understanding of safety procedures and regulations within the FMCG industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities
